This home features 3 generous bedrooms, 1 full bath and a 3/4 bath and a great room with an amazing view of the Candlewood Country Club golf course. We have painted, carpeted and installed new flooring, so this house is essentially ready to go to it's new owner. The home has copper plumbing and the Section 1 termite has been completed and certified. This home sits on a large lot and the backyard is stunning with the large back porch, lovely orange tree and views of the golf course lake, fountain and fairways. Don't wait on this one, it's one of a kind and won't last. Owner passed away at 99 years old in the home in April 2023 of natural causes.
