About This Property

Welcome to one of the cutest single family homes in Long Beach that you will ever see. Have you been looking for a quiet neighborhood with a street lined with Elm trees and caring neighbors? Been wanting an amazing backyard with a large covered patio, complete with artichokes, lemons, roses, and poppies amongst other low-water but lush CA native plants? Interior details kept intact from the 1950s include original hardwood floors and moldings, balanced with modern upgrades such as copper plumbing throughout, replacement windows, a newer driveway with concrete walkways and high-efficiency dual AC/Heat? This could very well be the home you have been looking for. Maybe you've missed out on other properties for this one. Hackett has been loved by the same owner for 18 years. This home feels good when you walk in. Peaceful, tranquil, good energy inside and out.
